Throughout his career, he has led subsidiary creation, full P&L management, and multi-market expansion across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East & Africa. Recognized for his strategic vision and multicultural leadership, Charles has consistently delivered sustainable growth and long-term value in complex international environments.
