Your VIP level is determined by the total value of your monthly orders. Based on your spend, you unlock a specific tier with exclusive benefits.
Your VIP benefits are provided as individual coupons based on your level and monthly qualification. Each coupon can be redeemed for one benefit per order (discount or free shipping), according to the benefits assigned to your VIP status.
Your total spend is calculated within a calendar month, and your VIP level (with its benefits) is activated in the following month.
Only the NET value of your orders is counted. This means excluding VAT and shipping costs.
To stay in your VIP level, you need to meet the required spending threshold each month.
You’ll be given a 1-month grace period to maintain your status.
If the required spend is not reached within that time, your VIP level will reset.
The VIP Client Program is designed for platform clients only. It does not apply to wholesalers or to orders placed outside the platform.
